He got a well-deserved earful from Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, who declared he's not an American puppet, his country is a sovereign nation, and he's answerable only to his people. Obama got "dissed" by China and Russia too. Can Hillary go toe-to-toe with the tough guys? What's she going to do, cough on them? By contrast, Trump is presidential and reasonable, as he showed in Mexico City.
